About CHS

Where ALL students learn at high levels. 

Coconino High School, located in Flagstaff, Arizona, is an IB World School within the Flagstaff Unified School District, offering a wide-ranging curriculum that includes Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, Honors, Career & Technical Education, JROTC, and more. Since opening its doors in 1967, CHS has maintained a vibrant “Panther Pride” culture that honors and unifies diverse traditions and backgrounds. As home to roughly 1,500 students and a rich assortment of extracurriculars—from robotics and performing arts to athletics—the school emphasizes academic excellence, cultural inclusivity, and community engagement .
